Tenobet

Been playing at Tenobet for February, and I suppose I have a fair bit of history to say something useful. Found it off a mate of mine who was after a site with proper slot coverage without the usual affordability checks you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.

The lobby is genuinely big — somewhere around 3,000+ games going by the counter, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly rinse Sweet Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza, both load quick on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve used a handful of times on the football, nothing special.

On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering first, it’s not the loosest to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing that I could find. For the current promos, you’ll find them over on tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is a tenner, the form took under five minutes.

Payments have been generally fine in my experience. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through same day twice; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — they took a day and a half to approve my ID, so the first cashout sat waiting the whole time. Not a scam, just slower than I’d like.

Other gripes: there’s no app, which means browser only. It’s responsive enough on my phone but an app would be nicer. The login can be fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and they sort it.
