Tenobet

Been punting on Tenobet since roughly March, so I suppose I have a fair bit of history to say something useful. Found it via a mate of mine who was after somewhere with decent lobby depth that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you get now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that will matter to some of you a lot.

Lobby’s genuinely big — roughly 3,500+ games going by the counter, and the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I grind Sweet Bonanza plus Sweet Bonanza, which both load quick on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette for a change of pace. They do sports as well, and it I’ve dabbled in on the football, it’s fine, nothing more.

The welcome thing it’s a 100% match to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering first, the requirement is fairly standard to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. If you want to see what’s running currently, have a look at tenobet review if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, signing up took under five minutes.

Cashouts have been generally fine in my experience. Cards work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed within a day; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — they took about two days to verify me, which held up the first payout sat waiting the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just slow.

Couple of niggles: no native app, so you’re on the mobile site. Works fine on Android but an app would be nicer. Logging in is occasionally fiddly in the evenings. Support’s live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages are copy-paste. Get past the script and they sort it.
