Been using Craybet for like a couple months and thought I’d throw out what I think because there’s not many posts about it on here. I signed up after seeing an ad and signing up literally took a couple minutes. Minimum deposit is $10 which is pretty standard. I grabbed a sign-up bonus — matched my first deposit 100% up to 500 plus 50 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Playthrough requirements were 35x which could be lower but I’ve dealt with worse.
Their slots catalog is bigger than I expected. They’ve got games from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, plus Play’n GO — so like Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, the usual heavy hitters. Probably close to 1500-2000 slots when you add it all up. The live dealer section runs on Evolution and it’s quality — tried roulette and Lightning Roulette with actual croupiers and zero lag issues.
One thing that kinda bugged me was payout speed. Tried cashing out with Skrill and it took about 48 hours for my first withdrawal. Once you’re verified though things sped up. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and crypto which is most bases. I’d check out the full bonus details at Craybet registration before you sign up.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone worked better than expected. There’s no app to download but the mobile site runs well and all the games load no problem. Played Book of Dead on my commute and had zero lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet is okay — there’s a chat widget that gets you a person in under five minutes when I’ve used it. Had to ask about a pending withdrawal and it was resolved pretty quickly. Not sure about Curacao licensed which is what most US-friendly sites. It’s not flawless — promo codes seem rare — but overall I keep coming back.
