I’ve been using Craybet for about two months now and figured I’d share what I think since I haven’t seen a ton of talk about them on here. Registered randomly one night and the whole process took maybe two minutes. Min deposit was $10 and that’s pretty standard. I grabbed a sign-up bonus — matched my first deposit 100% up to 500 plus 50 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Rollover is 35x and that is kinda average but not the worst I’ve seen.
Their slots catalog is decent honestly. There’s stuff from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — so like Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, that kind of thing. I’d guess maybe 1500-2000 slots when you add it all up. Live casino is powered by Evolution and it’s quality — tried roulette and Lightning Roulette with real dealers and zero lag issues.
One thing I wasn’t thrilled about was how long cashouts take. Withdrew via Bitcoin and it took about 48 hours for my first withdrawal. Once you’re verified though things sped up. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin which covers most bases. You can look at what they’ve got going on over at Craybet registration to see for yourself.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone was surprisingly good. There’s no app to download though the browser version runs well and everything works without issues. I played some slots on my commute and no problems.
Support at Craybet has been alright — there’s a chat widget and someone actually responds within a few minutes when I’ve used it. I contacted them about my verification docs and they sorted it within hours. I think they’re Curacao-based from what I can tell and that’s typical of US-friendly sites. It’s not flawless — promo codes seem rare — but overall I keep coming back.
