I’ve been using Craybet for roughly six weeks or so and figured I’d share my experience since there isn’t many posts about this place on here. Registered on a whim and registration literally took 90 seconds. Starting deposit was ten bucks which is normal for US-facing sites. They threw in a welcome bonus — matched my first deposit 100% up to 500 and 50 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Rollover is 35x which could be lower but I’ve dealt with worse.
Game selection is honestly pretty solid. You’ll find games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — so like Gates of Olympus, Gonzo’s Quest, the usual heavy hitters. Probably close to 1500-2000 slots total if you count everything. Live dealer stuff uses Evolution which is legit — tried roulette and Lightning Roulette with actual croupiers and it worked great.
One thing that kinda bugged me was withdrawal times. Withdrew via Visa and it took like a day and a half the first time. Second time around it was faster. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and BTC which is most bases. I’d look at their current offers at Craybet live casino to see for yourself.
Mobile experience on Craybet from my iPhone worked better than expected. I didn’t find a native app but the browser version runs well and everything works no problem. Played Book of Dead on the bus and didn’t notice any performance issues.
Customer service on Craybet is okay — there’s a chat widget and someone actually responds in under five minutes when I’ve used it. I contacted them about a pending withdrawal and it was resolved same day. Licensing is Curacao-based from what I can tell and that’s what most platforms like this. Wouldn’t say it’s perfect — the bonus wagering could be lower — but overall I’m still using it.
