Been using Craybet for about a couple months and figured I’d share my experience since I haven’t seen many posts about this place on here. Registered after seeing an ad and signing up took maybe 90 seconds. Minimum deposit is $10 and that’s about what you’d expect. I grabbed a welcome bonus — 100% up to $500 and fifty free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Wagering was 35x and that is kinda average but I’ve dealt with worse.
The game library is bigger than I expected. They’ve got games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, plus Microgaming — so like Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, all the popular ones. Somewhere around 1500-2000 slots including table games. Live dealer stuff runs on Evolution and it’s smooth — tried baccarat and Crazy Time with real dealers and zero lag issues.
Now the one thing I wasn’t thrilled about was payout speed. I used Skrill and waited like a day and a half for my first withdrawal. Second time around it dropped to like 24 hours. Payment options include credit cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and BTC so that covers pretty much everything you’d want. You can check out their current offers over at Craybet payout if you’re interested.
Using Craybet on my phone was surprisingly good. There’s no app to download but the browser version runs well and everything works no problem. Was playing Book of Dead on the bus and didn’t notice any problems.
Customer service on Craybet is alright — live chat that actually connects within a few minutes most times. I contacted them about a bonus that didn’t credit and they sorted it pretty quickly. Licensing is Curacao licensed which is typical of US-friendly sites. Wouldn’t say it’s perfect — wish they had more payment options — but as a daily player I’m still using it.
