I’ve been playing on Craybet for about a couple months and wanted to share some thoughts because there’s not much discussion about them around here. Registered on a whim and the whole process was like a couple minutes. Starting deposit was $10 and that’s normal for US-facing sites. I grabbed a sign-up bonus — matched my first deposit 100% up to 500 and 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus. Rollover is 35x and that is kinda average but I’ve dealt with worse.
Their slots catalog is honestly pretty solid. There’s games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — meaning Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, all the popular ones. Somewhere around 1500-2000 slots total if you count everything. Live dealer stuff uses Evolution and it’s quality — played some baccarat and Crazy Time with actual croupiers and zero lag issues.
One thing that annoyed me a little was how long cashouts take. Withdrew via Bitcoin and waited like a day and a half for my first withdrawal. After that though it dropped to like 24 hours. They accept Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and crypto so that covers pretty much everything you’d want. Using Craybet on my phone was surprisingly good. There’s no app to download though the browser version runs well and everything works fine. Played Book of Dead on the bus and no lag or glitches.
Support at Craybet has been alright — they have live chat that gets you a person pretty quick when I’ve used it. I contacted them about a bonus that didn’t credit and it was resolved pretty quickly. I think they’re Curacao licensed which is typical of platforms like this. Not everything is amazing — the bonus wagering could be lower — but overall I’m still using it.
