Been using Craybet for roughly two months now and figured I’d share some thoughts since I haven’t seen a ton of talk about this place around here. Registered randomly one night and signing up took maybe 90 seconds. Minimum deposit is $10 which is normal for US-facing sites. Got a welcome bonus — 100% up to $500 plus 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus. Wagering was 35x and that could be lower but I’ve dealt with worse.
Game selection is bigger than I expected. You’ll find stuff from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, plus Microgaming — meaning Book of Dead, Starburst, that kind of thing. I’d guess maybe a couple thousand titles total if you count everything. Live dealer stuff runs on Evolution and it’s smooth — tried baccarat and Crazy Time with real dealers and zero lag issues.
Now the one thing that annoyed me a little was payout speed. Withdrew via Bitcoin and waited about 48 hours the first time. After that though it dropped to like 24 hours. You can use Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and BTC which covers pretty much everything you’d want. I’d check out what they’ve got going on over at Craybet review before you sign up.
Mobile experience on Craybet from my iPhone worked better than expected. There’s no app to download though the mobile site is responsive and everything works no problem. I played a few sessions in bed and didn’t notice any lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet has been decent — live chat that actually connects in under five minutes when I’ve used it. Had to ask about a pending withdrawal and it was resolved pretty quickly. Not sure about Curacao-based from what I can tell which is standard for offshore casinos. It’s not flawless — the bonus wagering could be lower — but as a daily player I keep coming back.
