Been playing at Tenobet for March, and I suppose I have enough mileage to actually comment. Came across it via a mate who was after somewhere with decent lobby depth without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which cuts both ways.

The lobby is pretty huge — somewhere around 3,000+ titles by my count, with the usual heavy hitters all turn up: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I rinse Sweet Bonanza plus Gates of Olympus, which both behave properly in browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.

The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering first, it’s not the loosest to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. For the the live offers, you’ll find them over on tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is a tenner, the form took about three minutes.

Cashouts have been generally fine in my experience. Visa and Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; cards were a bit longer. What did wind me up was KYC — took a day and a half to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Not a scam, but slower than I’d like.

Few more things: no native app, which means browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone but an app would be nicer. Logging in is occasionally a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies read like templates. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
